Gluten allergies are a big deal in our family, and dining out can sometimes feel like a negotiation. That wasn’t the case here. The team didn’t hesitate and offered substitutions, double-checked ingredients, and even modified items that weren’t listed as gluten free. That meant a lot. We were also craving the cheese fondue, even though it’s not normally offered in the evening. Somehow, they made it happen. It wasn’t expected, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. There was live music playing, the room had a great energy, and the whole space felt relaxed and polished. Even though we had kids we never felt out of place. Prices felt reasonable for this area. We also found out we had just missed a s’mores gathering outside, and the staff invited us back the next day to join. We’ll be back.

The team at the door was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive — always ready to assist with a smile and making us feel genuinely welcomed every time we came and went. At the front desk, the service was seamless. Every interaction was handled with efficiency and care, and it was clear that they take real pride in ensuring guests have a smooth, enjoyable stay. Their attentiveness and hospitality elevated the entire experience. It’s rare to encounter such a consistently professional and friendly team. I stayed at Viewline Resort Snowmass for a ski vacation and booked this hotel without any prior familiarity. Overall, my experience was excellent. The hotel is very well maintained, extremely clean, and the staff are truly outstanding—professional, friendly, and genuinely accommodating. On our first day, we were initially given a room that was not facing the ski slopes. We requested a change, and the staff happily and smoothly upgraded us to a slope-facing room without any hassle, which we really appreciated. Due to a rescheduled flight, we asked about the possibility of a late check-out. Although the standard check-out time was 11:00 AM, they kindly allowed us to stay in the room until 3:00 PM at no additional charge, welcoming us warmly and making the process effortless. This level of flexibility and hospitality made a big difference. The room was spotless and very well cared for. Housekeeping was thorough and attentive, and linens were changed as needed. As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say this is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in, with one of the most courteous and professional staff teams I’ve encountered. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was offered as a buffet and was good overall. One of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its unbeatable ski-in/ski-out location—you are literally less than a one-minute walk to the slopes. You step outside and you’re already on the mountain, which is an incredible convenience for skiers. If I were to be very critical, there are a few minor points worth mentioning: First, the hotel is on the expensive side. Second, while the breakfast buffet was good, it could benefit from more variety. Third, the rooms are somewhat on the smaller side; however, the layout is very functional, there is plenty of storage space, and it was never an issue in terms of comfort or fitting our belongings. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. I sincerely thank the entire hotel staff for their excellent service, professionalism, and hospitality. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a ski trip to Snowmass.

I travel for work and for fun. I do not usually review hotels but we absolutely loved our stay. We went October 7th-10th to enjoy hiking and the Fall colors. It’s was right after the gondola closed for the season which made the hotel quiet. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Our trip was great and the suite was huge!

Staying at this hotel was wonderful. The staff was nothing but friendly and genuinely accommodating. We were originally placed in a room that required a bit of a walk, but since my mom is handicapped, they were quick to help us switch to a more convenient room. They also accidentally misinformed us about a specific event happening at the hotel and went above and beyond by treating us to a bottle of champagne. It was clear that they truly care about their guests and do everything they can to make the stay special.

Our stay at the Viewline Resort was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the kindness and warmth of every staff member stood out. But what touched me most was how the team cared for us during a medical emergency my daughter experienced on December 7th. The Manager on Duty, the valet team, and every staff member we interacted with showed genuine compassion and moved with calm, supportive urgency. As a mother navigating a terrifying moment, their care made all the difference. They treated us like family, not guests. I will never forget the humanity and sincerity we were shown. Had an amazing stay at Viewline Resort in Snowmass! The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything was incredibly well maintained. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, was Elizabeth at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect — always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping with anything we needed. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out and made a lasting impression. Highly recommend this resort, and a special thank you to Elizabeth for making our visit so memorable!

This place is great for skiers. I’m not sure why ppl say it’s not a true ski in/out - it opens onto the bottom of the green runs. The hotel is recently renovated and very new. It’s def the most budget friendly option in snowmass. Rooms are new and clean. If you’re here to ski, this is it. The fitness center is great. Pool/hot tubs look ok but I didn’t try it. Spa massage is wonderful. Main downsides: room is a bit hot, can be a bit loud from music playing from the bars, staff is a little new/seasonal. Breakfast is wonderful.
